Hi all
I am using Tomcat 4.0 plugged in Eclipse 2.1
In any jsp I cannot use <%= .. %> i.e. JSP _expression_.
E.g if I define
<%! String var = "Anyvar" %>
And
<html:select name="form" property="subProduct" value='<%= var %>' >
OR
<html:select name="form" property="subProduct" value="<%= var %>"
It give compilation errors.
If I remove value from the html:select, jsp gets compiled successfully.
What can be the problem?
