This may not work for your situation, but you could try:

AND:

<logic:____ name=...><logic:____ name=...> stuff 
</logic:_____></logic:_____>

OR:
<logic:____><bean:define name="test" /></logic:_____>
<logic:____><bean:define name="test" /></logic:_____>
<logic:present name="test"> stuff </logic:present>
