I run Manjaro, which is derived from Arch. I have XFCE4 installed for
the few occasions when I want to login to a conventional WM, so those
are the libraries the OS will find, I guess. I have no such issue as
you report in any browser under StumpWM -- I use Chromium mainly, as
well as daily use of Firefox and occasional use of Conkeror (ancient
and discontinued Xulrunner-based keyboard-driven browser).
