I am using the pre-compiled windows binary version of stunnel in client mode, how do I tell on that version what cipher versions I can use? Essentially the equivalent of this command in openssl
*openssl* *ciphers* [*-s*] [*-v*] [*-V*] [*-ssl3*] [*-tls1*] [*-stdname*] [ *cipherlist*]
