I think you would have more success sending the Debian guys lots of virtual
beer.
Look at the files in question.
Start with the stunnel repository. (Nope. The files aren't there!)
Note that the files which you referenced are *not* part of stunnel.

Switch to the next repository, for example the OpenSSL Transport Layer Security
