Hello,

When it comes to network or application attacks, I'm a specialist. The
simplest way to proceed here would be to host your website on Cloudflare,
and then push the downloads for the stunnel packages to github, where you
can then download the raw file. This would relieve your workload and allow
Github to handle IP attacks.
