Description:
After submarine v0.2.0, there'll be three big changes:
# TonY runtime integration
# YARN native service based single node PyTorch support
# Uber jar of submarine which avoid the user to have hadoop dependencies when
submitting job
This patch is trying to polish the submarine document to be more precise and
fluent.
