A number of dependencies are worth updating:

Java:
jackson-databind
commons-compress
derby


Javascript:
bootstrap.min.js
jquery.js

Additionally, TonY pulls in a number of old dependencies. They should be 
updated too. I'll find time to update them in TonY's repo.
