Description:
Nowadays the core module depends the hadoop libs which can be set optional.
Consider the conflicts between the modules in future, we need to remove the
optional libs and refactor the core codes, such as package and file system etc.
Besides we need map out the positioning of core module and keep it running.

changed the runtime by modify the value of the `submarine.runtime.class` key in
submarine.xml.
