It's awesome, really awesome.
I use digikam for photo management. It is pretty good but has a much,
much larger footprint than EoG because it is a comprehensive
application, not just a photo viewer. Between darktable and digikam,
Linux has pretty impressive photo processing power. I use darktable to
process most of my underwater photos and then manage the collection with
digikam. Question, do you really want this complexity simply to
visualise an image?
One question. The photos that are linked to dives. Are they stored
locally? I tried breaking the link to the photos by renaming the
directory conatining the photos, and Subsurface still displays the
images. This make it look like Subsurface has it own private copy.
BUT: I cannot find imaged in the folder with my dive logs. ?????
