Yes, printing needs to be rethought. But for 4.2 I think this is as good
as it gets (and good enough).

I know.

There are three things I /really/ want to get for 4.3:

- better printing that looks amazing...
- git backend integration - maybe with gists or some other github flavor
- ability to replan a plan

My plans are simple and easy, right?
