Any updates on that? > > I am a little behind. I have prepared an android subsurface downloader application. This application is capable of downloading data from FTDI chipset based divecomputers. The data is then processed and saved as an xml file in the sdcard. Some bug fixing and code cleaning is needed for this application. The UI and working of this application is similar to the download from divecomputer functiionality of subsurface desktop. This application can be seen here : https://github.com/venkateshshukla/dc_poc Besides this, I have a list of deliverables to be submitted to Anton. It includes the libusb, libftdi and libdivecomputer patches required for enabling access of USB on android. Documentation and build details are also included in the list of deliverables. Besides this, there are some patches for subsurface as well to enable its working on android. But they require a lot of cleaning. I will be submitting those in a couple of days.
