Because every new option makes the software harder to use.
We have WAY, WAY, WAY, WAY too many options.
Lots of divers I talk to who have tried Subsurface and went back to “better
software”

Oceanic
calls a dive log do so because Subsurface is overwhelming and confusing.
Way too many options.
