Mac version:
* When opening a new logbook the maps shows the locations and flags of the last
selected dive in the old logbook.
* Zooming in the map is erratic, often it jumps back to the last state.
* Using view mode 5 - Full screen map, results in segfault.

* “QFSFileEngine::open: No file name specified” is repeated a zillion times.
* Manual CSV import is still has some bugs.
Specifically the dive number is not imported, regardless if it is the
in the first column or any other.
If I put max depth in the first column it get imported correctly.
