User manual updates (part 3 of 3)
This patch updates several areas of the manual:
1) The import from dive computer using the new UI panel.
2) The section dealing with exports
3) Many other small changes.

Because of the size of many included images, I sent the original patch only to
Dirk.
I send this for the benefit of our translators of the user-manual.
As far as I am immediately aware these are all the changes for V4.4. If I did
not take any new developments into account, I would appreciate it immensely if
you would let me know.
