libgit breaks it's API for each minor-release ( 0.19 to 0.20, 0.20 to 0.21,
0.21 to 0.22, 0.22 to 0.23 ) so I really disincourage you to actually do
fedora packaging with subsurface.

We actually encourage people to use our binaries, to not rely on broken
behavior.
