I would highly appreciate some feedback about the way the table of contents
has been arranged.
I'd love to, but I guess for that I'd need the missing toc.css file :-)
I have no idea whether this will appeal to the usual user of the
manual.
I'm especially curious how this will look in the builtin browser on the
various platforms which I believe at this point is by far the main use of
the manual.
