I notice the there is a table of contents heading but no table of
contents in the user manual for Subsurface-mobile. My asciidoc command
for creating the user manual is:
asciidoc -a toc -a toclevels=3 -a theme="compact_subsurface" -a
themedir=$(pwd) -o mobile-manual.html mobile-manual.txt
This should include the javascript that creates the toc withinin the HTML.
