Subsurface should pick up the settings that you last used from the Desktop 
account. Which made perfect sense when the expected work flow was that people 
would mainly use Subsurface on the desktop and then use Subsurface-mobile to 
look at those dives. When everything is triggered by Subsurface-mobile, this 
won't work.... I'll need to re-think how this should be done.
