I assume, a lot of people don’t care to set any time zone info at all in the 
camera. In the dialogue to include pictures with a dive, we therefore offer the 
possibility to adjust the time by a fixed amount (including the possibility to 
automatically determine that amount by taking a picture of your dive computer).

I would love to hear a way to make this simpler for the user. It is just the 
whole time zone business is very very hard to get right. In particular, we 
specifically do not expose time zones to the user (all our times are supposed 
to be local times) in order not to run into problems with dives done in other 
time zones (like a dive you did at noon) appears to become a night dive as your 
current time zone when you look at the dive in your log is in a different time 
zone from when you did the dive.
