Either is fine. PRs hopefully make it easier for me not to miss patches,
but I am just as happy with patches, as long as you ping me until I apply
them. Part of the reason to shift to GitHub was that I kept missing so many
patches because I don't have as much time (and the time I have is more
lumpy - longer stretches with zero time followed by me trying to cram for
a few hours to make progress).
