That's a pitty, but I built from source and will test it. One more thing. In INSTALL file, there are apt-get install packages for Debian and Ubuntu, but these failed on current Ubuntu 16.10: E: Unable to locate package libqt5declarative5 qtdeclarative5-dev instead of libqt5declarative5 works. I do not have Debian installed, so don't know if it's also Debian issue, or just Ubuntu.
