In the user manual, a right click used to produce a Subsurface-generated
context menu for navigating among book marks or to reload the manual. I
see that right-click now produces a new context menu that may be
system-generated. I suspect this is brought a bout by upgrades with
respect to Qtwebkit??? Is this the new look that I need to describe in
the user manual?
