Don't worry, it's all recoverable. 'git clean -xdf' will remove the old cmake stuff. cd ~/src/subsurface git clean -xdf cd .. ./subsurface/scripts/build.sh cd subsurface ccmake build (enable SMARTTRAK_IMPORT) cd .. ./subsurface/scripts/build.sh
