alright, i've just tested the latest Windows package on a Windows XP
VM that i have and it doesn't work.
but for other reasons...Qt modules seem to require non-existing
functions in MSVCRT.DLL, KERNEL32.DLL and SHELL32.DLL.

so we may have dropped Windows XP support due to a more recent Qt version. :-)
