It is confusing isn't it.
I didn't notice your first reply was sent to a mailing list as well. I
just hit reply instead of reply all. Apologies.
Another thing I meant to mention, every time I deleted a dive the app
would close down and had to be reopened.

Settings -> Dive computer Save detailed log
Then download again
The log file will be in the root directory of your storage (which is
sadly not consistently named across devices) as libdivecomputer.log
