Thanks for work this. The smtk-import is now out of the subsurface build. There is a smtk2ssrf-build.sh in scripts dir which works mostly like subsurface's build.sh. I'm on the phone right now, but this afternoon I'll mail you with some instructions. Take a look at the script, flags and warnings are explained there. Thanks. Salva.
