We keep getting this request, so when I had a few minutes yesterday I decided
that this was likely something small and simple I could just do.
And frankly, it felt good to actually be writing some code for a change instead
of being constantly late dealing with questions on the mailing list, reviews,
infrastructure issues, etc... :-)

This adds a checkbox to force downloading all dives from a dive computer, not
just new ones. We've had this on the desktop since forever, now it's available
on mobile.
I first considered adding an "advanced options" mode, but then went with just
enabling it in general.
