To this day I consider my failure to guide you to something I felt comfortable 
merging as one of my low points as maintainer.
And in many ways, that's the key reason why I push so hard that we have a 
visual design that people agree upon before embarking on the next 
implementation.

I'm impressed by your persistence. Yes, that would of course be extremely 
welcome. I'd love to have you back as an active contributor!

There are a number of different libraries that I saw when I did a quick survey. 
I'm curious which one you settled on (and why).
