Simple: you successfully downloaded all the dives, but had some
problems, and never saved them.
Maybe just a "oops, screwed up editing" and exit without saving. Or
maybe a crash, whatever.
So then you restart subsurface, and need to re-download. If you don't
actually _have_ the dive the fingerprint points to, then you should
re-download it, and not ignore it "becasue I already downloaded it".
That makes sense, but it's also a case that would disappear if the fingerprint
is saved together with the dives.
