Vavincavent, The only person that can help you is Dirk as he’s got direct access to your cloud storage backend. Send an email to Dirk (I’ll send email address to you directly) and tell him you give explicit permission to access your cloud storage (he never goes into peoples cloud storage without permission) and he can take a look for you.
