There are a number of reasons why this might be happening.
One is of course that you made a typo when you entered the email and password 
on the Android device.

I do see that you are using a different email address for your Subsurface Cloud 
account compared to the one you sent this email from - could that be the 
confusion?

Anyway, the best way for me to see what's going on is if you can try to connect 
to the cloud on your Android device and then go to Help->Support in 
Subsurface-mobile and send me an email including the logs (that support alias 
goes to me).
