I thought I had an idea how to fix that, but that failed. So no idea if and 
when the problem will be addressed.

Right now the suggested workaround is to use a different device (iOS, Android, 
Windows, Linux) and download there - connect via the Subsurface Cloud and then 
you’ll have the data on your Mac as well
