That's super interesting. I thought I had built with debug symbols, but 
apparently they got stripped somewhere.
The crash dump might still be enough to figure out how it's accessing bad 
memory...

I am especially interested to see that you are able start this with a double 
click from the DMG which no one else seems to be able to do.

I can see that you are on a slightly older version of Monterey (12.1 vs 12.3), 
but I can't tell which Mac model you have (I thought that was included in the 
crash dump... weird)
