Provide production level support for investigation and resolution of Remedy help desk tickets related to the Maximo application Contributing to the technical delivery of Maximo 6.2.X functionality using full SDLC implementations Facilitating and participating in user meetings/discussions to confirm and refine technical designs; create Maximo design documentation Understanding of and assisting with Maximo development and configuration particularly using application designer, field controls, workflows and escalations. Identify and address application performance and integration issues Manage and understand security profile & groups by adding and removing application functionality Maintain/upgrade various Maximo environments (Dev, Train, Test, Prod). Perform regression testing of vendor patches and hotfixes Create Change Control and Change Management forms as defined by the Change Control Board to perform code migrations Interact with business users to provide guidance on the use of Maximo functionality from a technical perspective Developing and maintaining custom interfaces between Maximo and Peoplesoft ERP (Version 7.5) Developing and maintaining MEA queues and business rules Convert Maximo Actuate reports from Version 4.1.1 to 6.2.X Qualifications: 4-6 years experience in a Maximo development environment including Maximo version 6.X experience (or certification) or higher; Maximo 4.X to 6.x experience is a plus.
