Face to face interviews are required. Responsible for the preparation, analysis and presentation of monthly and ad-hoc financial reports. Assist in preparation of annual budget and current and future year forecasts. Review administration of purchase requests and accounting documents and create and maintain tracking system. Analysis and presentation of monthly and annual results/plans will also be required. Experience in accounting and finance including planning, analysis and financial reporting. Knowledge of accounting, finance and business principles required. Responsible for analysis and evaluation of operational and logistical problems. Combines understanding of financial and business processes to recommend solutions. Assignments typically include creating/updating reports, researching and compiling data for presentations and reports, writing and editing word documents and excel spreadsheets. Exceptionally strong knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Outlook and Powerpoint and general familiarity with MS Office applications is also required. Excellent analytical skills and communication skills required. College Degree Required. Must have 2-5 years of prior directly related work experience.
