Length: 6+ Months Industry: Financial / Mortgage KEY EXPERIENCE: NEED FANNIE EXPERIENCE Searching for a Sr Data Analyst. Ideal candidate will be former FNMA with experience on the Whole Loan Cost Basis Subledger (WLCBS) Please see attached job description for more details. Experience with TOAD and Rapid SQL. Core Skills - Knowledge of Advance SQL query writing - Testing Experience - Mortgage/Financial background - Mid to Senior level relational database and data warehousing experience - Mid to senior level data analysis experience (ability to analyze data and identify data needs based on business requirements) - Data scrubbing experience - Experience in writing data requirements, interface documents, and use cases. - Basic knowledge of Unix commands Soft Skills - Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment - Ability to interact with business units and easily translate the business requirements into data and technical requirements - Ability to work with development team to understand impacts of data changes to entire system - Ability to assist DBAs and developers in data modeling - Self-starter. One who can accept a list of "to-do's" and use all available reference items (data interface documents, metadata repositories, etc) to complete their tasks with little oversight. - Excellent communicator.
