Job Description:

Advanced Business VOIP Service Testing and Tier Support Engineer responsible
for lab testing support, field test plan preparation, field MOP/SMOP
preparation, and resolving network/customer issues escalated by Network
Operations. Specialist in VOIP network interoperability needed with strong
testing and trouble isolation background. Expertise in SIP and H.323
required. Hands-on experience with key VoIP network element platforms
expected --- Cisco Call Manager, Sonus Gateways and soft switches, ACME SIP
proxy, etc.
