Some Oracle with extensive Sql Server experience may be able to be substituted for Oracle experience. The candidates should have documentation skills and *should have had 8+ years of experience with technology projects involving analysis, design, and programming.*** A Bachelor's degree is required and a Master's Degree may be substituted for a few years of experience.
