Prefer to have at least one of those projects be an application design effort, thin or fat client. - Control, Action, Response documentation as it relates to any type of application design, thin or fat clientPlease also provide samples of *Use Case* documentation, *Requirements Gathering*, and *Functional Specifications* Must Complete Questions below before submitting Highly prefer candidates with high of energy and upbeat personality along with excellent communication skills How many years of experience do you have in projects where you were the overall business analyst, with multiple project managers, both in the business and in technology, working under your direction? 1. How many where there were both internally and externally developed software deliverables? 2. Describe the elements of a Use Case. 3. Give me an example of a project where the scope changed but the end date didn't. What did you do? What happened to the project? 4. For the past 2 years, describe the typical length, complexity, project structure, budget, and deliverables for the projects in which the candidate has been the overall lead. 5.
