Bloomington IL *Service Description* Control-M Scheduling Team provides 1st and 2nd level support of all Control-M activities in the Testing Environment. An online Test Center Control-M Job Scheduling Form is completed by Systems Business Partners that automatically generates a Request for Service (RFS) service call assigned to the Test Center Control-M HP Service Desk workgroup. Amount of Work will be 4,000 hours • 3,500 for all scheduling activities • 500 for onsite coordinator Hours of coverage are Mon - Fri 7:00 am - 5:00 pm • Additional project support may be required outside the published service hours. * * *Service Level Objective* • All Request for Service (RFS) service calls will be owned within two hours of assignment to HP Service Desk workgroup. This pertains to requests submitted during published hours of coverage. • Maximum 48 service hours to complete service calls, with a minimum of 95% completed successfully. • Scheduling analyst will be responsible to update HP Service Desk with all correspondence from the business partners.
