*Job Summary*
Provide DOCSIS 3.0 domain expertise during the definition and development
phase of SAE 4.0.
*Key Duties & Responsibilities (in decreasing Critical Emphasis
order)*
1 Provide domain expertise on CableLabs DOCSIS 3.0 protocols to
members of Assurance Solutions development engineering staff, quality
assurance engineers, deployment engineers, and technical support staff.
Answer questions verbally and in written form as needed.
2 Gain sufficient understanding of ServAssure Enterprise architecture
to understand and resolve engineering questions regarding DOCSIS 3.0
features
3 Provide structured training as needed to communicate information
essential to the development of Assurance Solutions OSS application
software.
4 Gain sufficient knowledge and understanding of the ServAssure
Enterprise 4.0 System Design Requirements (SDR) document and supporting
specifications to interpret it and answer questions about it for SAE
developers, deployment, support, and product management staff
5 Maintain and edit as necessary the SAE 4.0 SDR until directed
otherwise

Formal Education MS EE, MS Computer
Science or related
Formal Training
