*Please send resumes of GC and EAD* * * *Location :Wilsonville OR* *Duration : 6 months * * * *SAP HR Analyst* • BS degree or equivalent • Minimum 5 years experience in a business system analyst/consulting role • Experience with IT software development lifecycle methodologies and processes • Demonstrated skill and knowledge of the HR business processes • Technical experience with SAP HR/HCM required, preferably in ECC 6 specifically Personnel Administration, Benefits, Payroll, and Organization Management • Experience with SAP Compensation Management and non-US payroll a plus • Experience with SAP Employee Self Service (ESS) and/or Manager Self Service (MSS) a plus • Experience with SAP Enterprise Portal and SAP Workflow a plus • SAP ABAP and or Java Web Dynpro development experience desirable • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills • Solid analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills • Experience managing small to medium size projects • Experience working with 3rd party IT integration partners • Ability to work flexible hours in support of global customers • Knowledge of Business Objects, Data marts and / or Essbase reporting tools desirable. • Knowledge, awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences and norms *Job Duties* As part of the ERP Finance team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of software solutions for the Human Resource (HR) related Business functions and the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of the main Mentor Graphics HR business applications deployed globally. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and IT to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions. In addition you will provide production support to business users at all levels and provide user training on any new SAP functionality or other new applications. You will work closely with a dynamic international team to develop and configure these solutions. You will lead or participate in global projects, gather requirements, recommend solutions and configure them, mainly centered on SAP technology.
