TOP REQUIREMENTS: Novell IdM LDAP eDirectory Driver maintenance or development Description: Primary responsibility of the Identity and Access Management Developer will be to work with both the Security Architect and IdM Administrator to design, develop, implement, enhance and support the drivers/connectors in the Novell IdM environment. Experience with Linux Server or Novell eDirectory/LDAP administration helpful but not mandatory. The Novell IdM 3.6 implementation at Abercrombie is a highly scalable, fault-tolerant, high-performance environment. Special care must be taken when making functional updates/improvements to this highly complex environment. Candidates must demonstrate a solid work history with at least 2 of the following driver types: JDBC, AD, RaCF, Lotus Notes, Loopback, eDir2eDir, PeopleSoft, Scripting, JMS. Responsibilities: · Work with IT teams to determine driver design scope and detailed functionality. · Become familiar with all existing drivers and act as SME for most where possible. · Project manage all new driver development, maximizing efficiencies to maintain system performance. · Assist the Administrator with the installation of eDirectory binaries and DirXML drivers. · Assist the Administrator with maintaining and monitoring IAM interfaces to directories and applications. · Responsible for continually growing skills and knowledge, especially when drivers are upgraded to new versions. · Perform related duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications: · Personal Attributes: confident, self-starter, strong work ethic, highly motivated, sense of humor, a winning 'can-do' attitude, and extremely team oriented. · Bachelor's degree · Experience implementing drivers in a complex, multi-platform distributed environment. · Working knowledge of at least 1 of the following areas: Identity Management, Web Access Management, Directory Security, LDAP Design and Administration, ESB/SOA Management or Development. · Willing to gain experience with Novell NAM, IdM workflow development or eDir management through CBT or advanced training. · Able to communicate proficiently, commands written and verbal English skills. · Past work experience in Retail a plus.
