The 3 people will be responsible for effectively coaching and training current CLIENTS business users. They will need to have experience setting up campaigns and working with the Plan piece. (Plan is not a necessary skill set but a nice to have.) The candidate will need to have experience with QA/Testing processes within Affinium. Also looking for experience accessing data and creating queries. CLIENTS's goal is to bring on experienced resources who can train and mentor via side-by-side coaching effectively. They do have long-term openings so the right person/people will be there indefinitely.
