This position is a senior position within the FEP project that is beginning
the SDLC process. The candidate will be responsible for the technical
delivery management, and will be the lead technical delivery manager on the
project. The role will range from working through workflows with various
business units, to the oversight of the Pega architecture being developed.
The candidate must be able to facilitate meetings and report out to
management. Must be able to manage the escalation of technical road blocks
and work in unison with other teams.
Consults with business analysts in order to identify business needs and
appropriate technical solutions. Responsible for the oversight of the
designing and documentation of technical requirements for the project,
specific to the Pega development stream. Must be able to determine and
document complex software and system functional specifications.
**** Must be articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication
skills****
PegaRULES Process Commander Development, including System Architect are
essential to this position. Must have a thorough understanding of Pega
Systems methodology.
Requirements: 3+ years' domain knowledge of one of the following Healthcare,
Banking, Insurance, or Project Management/Testing Tools
3+ years related experience doing analysis, requirements definition and
implementation of custom features in an enterprise application environment
(Java, C++ or .NET)
2+ Years experience with Web Architecture
Strong understanding of RDBMS and SQL queries
2+ year Experience consulting or interacting with customers
2+ year experience in a Leadership role
Experience with Pega PRPC
