SAP Systems Sr Analyst to work on complex projects and applies an in-depth
knowledge of systems analysis concepts, practices, and
procedures. &
nbsp; • Works under minimal supervision in the analysis, design,
configuration, maintenance and support of business systems and processes, and
represents the team with enterprise-wide efforts and serves as a mentor and
coach to other
positions. • Provides
functional and technical expertise to formulate scope and objectives; devises
or modifies procedures to solve problems
using information
systems.
• Performs cost-benefit and
operations impact analysis, when assigned, on new programs or business
initiatives and incident impact analysis to articulate business benefit for new
programs as well as internal customer and staff impact on
incidents. • Assists with
responding to user requirements, problem resolution, developing designs, and
process modeling.
SAP Data Integration Analyst
3-5 years experience in analysis and design of interfaces to move data from the
source operational & external environments to the target reporting and general
ledger environments.
• Responsible for the analysis of business requirements to be translated into
transformation procedures to be implemented in the data integration
environment.
• Responsible for the analysis of the source system environment including the
determination of the appropriate structures to facilitate data transformation.
• Responsible for the definition of internal and external interfaces to be
designed into and out of the target environment.
• Supports the data integration design process in areas such as error and
exception handling, reconciliation and control points and data checks.
• Responsible for the design of source to target mappings and business rules
(e.g. transformation logic) through the development of the logical data
integration models.
• Responsible for defining data quality criteria to ensure data quality
integrity.
• Responsible for performing data profiling of existing applications.
• Responsible for reviewing and approving the technical project deliverables.
• Ensure that the project deliverables are aligned with the logical design and
business requirements (requirements traceability).
SAP Data Integration Developer
5-7 years experience to provide the overall development of the data integration
code, to move data from the source operational & external environments to the
target reporting and general ledger environments.
• Responsible for the coding of the data integration scripts associated with
the tools and work products.
• Expertise in the chosen tools associated with the data integration tool to be
used in the Program with exposure to SAP.
• Responsible for reviewing the data integration requirements, and providing
implementation and tool specific recommendations for physical build.
• Responsible for converting the physical data integration models and other
design specifications to source code.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining the code components (ETL, SQL,
etc.).
• Responsible for the determination of the appropriate structures to facilitate
data transformation.
• Responsible for providing the complete documentation of the developed ETL
code objects.
• Responsible for the creation of ETL transformation objects (e.g. joins,
splits, normalize, aggregations, lookups, etc.).
• Responsible for the creation of ETL components for error and exception
handling and data quality and threshold checking.
• Responsible for setting up batch jobs/processes to enable a run-time
environment for the developed data integration objects.
• Responsible for performing unit testing of developed objects.
• Responsible for performance testing and tuning of developed objects and
interfaces.
