Must have 4-6+ yrs of experience managing application design and development. Ability to successfully develop and execute project schedules and project plans a. Maintain the technological proposal in alignment with the client's standards. b. Detect opportunity and risk areas regarding projects. c. Share best practices *2. **Must have SAP Web Services and API's: * *a. **Experience creating and deploying SAP web services and API's utilizing SOAP* *b. **Experience working with SAP CRM 2007 (6.0)* *c. **ABAP: Advanced skills in creation and debugging ABAP within the Netweaver platform*** *d. **Experience implementing BADI's for customer specific processes.* *e. **Experience working with and debugging BDOC's.* 3. *MUST HAVE SAP CRM Experience. * *a. **SME with /BP Structure and Campaigns* b. Campaign Management, CRM 2007 more specifically MDF or TPM (NICE TO HAVE) 4. Implementation of SAP ESOA solutions 5. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 6. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 7.
