Title: SAP Systems Analysts - Location: Folsom, CA 95630 Desired Start Date: Feb 23, 2009 Estimated Length of Assignment: 26 weeks (likely extend to 52 weeks) Years of Experience & Expertise Level: Junior to Mid-range Project Description: ============ IT Supply Network Capability (SNC); Deliver Information Solutions team needs CWs to be part of the global SAP team. Tasks are all related to production support (keep the business running), including specific areas relating to Order and Warehouse Management. This supports Intel's revenue pipeline. Daily Responsibilities: ============= - Day to day ticket escalation support to keep the business running, including resolution, issue analysis, writing solution scripts and working with partner organizations in IT - Incident/Crisis management / tiger team - System monitoring and routine system maintenance (MOB) that must be done. - IT mandates (e.g. Vista, Tibco IM EOL, Biztalk upgrade) - Proactive architecture/design improvement to reduce number of ticket/issue - SOX & Security related request - Consultancy given to other vertical team in helping to them troubleshoot the issue in their application - Bug fixes for production issue - KTBL (Keep The Biz Legal) - audit and tax support - Early engagement / Consultancy for in-flight projects Necessary Skills (Must Have): ================== SAP: order and warehouse execution, BI .net Strong skills in Microsoft suite (excel, outlook, etc) Excellent written and verbal communication Additional Skills Desired (Nice to Have): ======================== Taxware Logistics/3PL business process Rosetta Net PIPs Thanks !!
