Manage the offshore team working on the sub-system in terms of work allocation, discipline and productivity - .Review work products of subordinates , Ensure adherence to standards during construction. - Design ETL strategy to Extract daata from various source system ( viz SAS , DB2 , Teradata , Flat Files ) and Load it into Teradata. - Coding reusable component/Macros to improve performance resuting in cost/effort/time saving. - Handle relevant technical/business communication with client. - Define the data extract, transform, and load processes that are consistent with the business rules and environmental/technical constraints in order to perform the necessary restructuring and make the data available for exploitation using SAS DI Studio.
